Platform Role
Soccer Game Manager is a platform designed to facilitate communication, tournament planning, team management, and interaction between players, teams, managers, and tournament hosts. We only provide the tools and services that allow users to organize and participate in soccer-related activities.
Soccer Game Manager is not the organizer, operator, or manager of any tournament, match, team, or event listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Section 2
Tournament Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a tournament is cancelled after a team has joined or paid an entry fee, Soccer Game Manager is not responsible or liable for any refunds, losses, disputes, or damages resulting from the cancellation.
The tournament host or organizer who created the tournament is solely responsible for:
- Refunding any tournament entry fees
- Handling cancellation-related disputes
- Communicating with participating teams and players
- Managing tournament operations and obligations
All financial responsibilities related to tournament cancellations belong exclusively to the tournament host.
Section 3
User Responsibility
All users, including players, team managers, coaches, and tournament hosts, are responsible for their own decisions, actions, communications, and agreements made through the platform.
Soccer Game Manager is not responsible for:
- Team selections or player recruitment decisions
- Tournament scheduling disputes
- Match results or officiating issues
- Injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during events
- Financial disputes between users
- Misconduct, fraud, or false information provided by users
- Agreements or arrangements made outside or within the platform
Users interact and participate at their own risk.
Section 4
Host Responsibility
Tournament hosts are fully responsible for:
- Creating and managing tournaments accurately
- Maintaining tournament schedules
- Collecting and refunding fees when necessary
- Ensuring tournament compliance with local laws and regulations
- Resolving disputes involving teams, players, or payments
Soccer Game Manager does not guarantee the quality, legitimacy, or success of any tournament created by a host.
Section 5
Administrative Rights
Soccer Game Manager reserves the right to:
- Cancel, suspend, or remove any tournament at any time
- Remove users, teams, or hosts who violate platform rules
- Investigate suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
- Modify platform rules and policies without prior notice
Administrative actions may be taken to protect the integrity, safety, and functionality of the platform.
Section 6
Limitation of Liability
By using Soccer Game Manager, users acknowledge and agree that the platform shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Tournament cancellations
- Payment disputes
- User interactions
- Scheduling conflicts
- Participation in any event organized through the platform
Use of the platform is at the user's own discretion and risk.
Section 7
Acceptance of Policy
By creating an account, joining a team, registering for a tournament, or using Soccer Game Manager, users agree to comply with and be bound by this policy.
